Fees for general Notary services:

• Signer provided documents such as Power of Attorney(s), Wills, Revocation of Power of Attorney, retirement forms, and other miscellaneous documents.

• If documents require Witnesses, to be supplied by Signer, and Witness must have photo ID.

• Per WA State law, Signer(s) must be competent and have capacity to be aware of document(s) signing.

• Washington State Notary published rates ($15 per signer and notarization).

• Travel mileage fee Fed IRS annual rate. Within 15 miles of Bonney Lake WA no travel fee charge.

• Senior and/or Military no travel fee travel.

Legal License and Certifications:

• WA State Notary License

• Bonded and Insured

• Background check and Fidelity approved annually

• Reverse Mortgage certified
